Welcome

I am dedicated to creating a safe place for you to understand yourself, make the changes you want in your life, and to work with you to afford the care you need.

I have been a therapist since 1990, and the founder and owner of Greenspring Wellness Centers in Baltimore, MD and Tucson, AZ. The centers specialized in alternative and preventive care, employing physicians, nurses, psychotherapists, and body practitioners.

I am now completing my hours for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist at Cedars-Sinai. I will be be awarded a PsyD in Clinical Psychology this December, and my dissertation is on Emotionally Focused Therapy, a highly effective short term therapy approach.

Don’t go through it alone!
The approaches I use are psychodynamic psychotherapy, experiential psychotherapy, somatic psychotherapy, guided imagery,  and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals and Couples. See the descriptions of these innovative approaches under Common Questions.

Please call or email me for an individual, couples or family therapy consultation.
